2025/2026 Meal Plan Options

UCCS dining halls play a big role in campus life, offering delicious and convenient meal options to enhance your residential college experience. All first-year UCCS students living on campus or in first-year campus housing are required to have a meal plan.

At UCCS, meal plans are conveniently loaded onto your Lion OneCard or mobile wallet, giving you a set number of meals plus flexible dining dollars each semester. 

Purchase a Meal Plan

First-Year Student Residents

First-year student residents are automatically enrolled in the 300 Block Plan. The 300 meal plan allows 3 Retail Swipes per day and $275 Dining Dollars per semester. Meal swipes are redeemable at the Lodge, while Retail Swipes can be used at our retail locations.

Cost: $3,150 per semester

  • 300 Meal Swipes Per Semester
  • 10 Guest Meals
  • $275 Dining Dollars
  • 3 Retail Swipes a Day* (Retail swipes are subtracted from total meal swipes upon use)
  • *A 'retail swipe' constitutes a meal swipe from the semester total.

Returning Residence, Apartment and Off Campus Residents

Students living off campus or in the Alpine Apartments have the option to purchase any meal plan, but will not be required to do so. They can choose from a variety of Block meal plans, including the first-year meal plan options above. Meal plan selections are made during the housing application process for students residing in UCCS housing or are available for purchase starting July 1.

Keep in mind that meal plans are priced per semester. Meal plans for apartments and off-campus residents will not automatically roll over from fall to spring—you’ll need to purchase a new plan. We’re here to help, so if you have any questions, feel free to reach out!

  • 50 meal swipes per semester

Cost: $265 per semester

  • 25 meal swipes per semester
